Ariz. utility dedicates wind-power farm

Mesa, Arizona, USA - Arizona's largest utility has dedicated a new wind-power facility in New Mexico that will provide enough electricity for up to 23,000 homes.

Regulated utilities in Arizona must get 15 percent of their electricity from renewable sources by 2025, according to a rule adopted by the Arizona Corporation Commission.
