Baltimore, MD - A new high-tech system puts sound in a bouncing ball and brings hoop dreams to the blind.
"There are people all over the country who are waiting for something like this," said Mike Bullis, business services development manager for Blind Industries and Services of Maryland, a group that aids the visually impaired and sponsored the research project.
