Cervical cancer vaccine brings new hope

Washington D.C. - A vaccine may work to protect women against a virus that causes most cases of cervical cancer, US researchers reported on Monday.

So far the vaccine seems to have protected women from pre-cancerous changes for three years, the team at Merck said.
