Montreal, Canada - Chinese officials have released after questioning eight foreign activists for Tibetan independence and all are in Hong Kong, a spokesman for a Tibet independence group said Wednesday.
On Tuesday, two Canadians, three Americans and a Briton were questioned after a two-hour demonstration on a part of the Great Wall, where they hung a banner demanding the liberation of Tibet.
