Chinese officials report no new SARS cases

April 24, 2004

Beijing, China - China, recently plagued by a return of SARS, said Saturday there were no new cases of the virus and that three confirmed or suspected patients were improving.

The health ministry said in its daily bulletin that no new cases of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome had been reported in the 24-hour cycle up to 10 a.m. Saturday, Channel News Asia reported.
