Chip-shop Connie’s 100th birthday

Pembroke, Wales, UK - A 100-year-old woman has celebrated her landmark birthday by working at the fish-and-chip shop she opened nearly 80 years ago.

The steady stream of well-wishers during the day were offered a glass of wine and a piece of birthday cake along with their fish and chips.
