Conservation group buys 105 acres on Oyster Bay

Fort Morgan, Alabama - The Nature Conservancy's purchase of a 105-acre tract of coastal marshland and maritime forest will expand a federal wildlife refuge on Fort Morgan peninsula.

The tract fronts Oyster Bay and will be sold to the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service for an addition to the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. The refuge already protects 863 acres next to the parcel.
