European gas supplies assured as Russia, Ukraine end crisis |
MOSCOW (AFP) - Russian energy monopoly Gazprom restored gas supplies to Ukraine on Wednesday, ending a three-day crisis between the two ex-Soviet neighbours that has put the European Union on alert.
