Fargo cheers lowered flood forecast for Red River

Fargo, North Dakota, USA - The mayor of Fargo says he's "optimistic" about a new forecast saying the Red River may already have crested and could drop in the coming days.

Forecasters put out an alert Saturday saying the river is expected to remain below 41 feet and slowly decrease in the coming days.
