FL man donates $1.3 million to group fighting blindness

Greenville, SC - A Florida man has donated $1.3 million to Christian Blind Mission International here, which fights preventable blindness around the world.

The contribution has encouraged other people and corporations to donate, said Alan Harkey, U.S. president of the mission.
