Flying even higher with the new Lufthansa A380.
Lufthansa, the German Airlines that has been flying passengers, tourists, and people from all walks of life for decades now is on to a new airline innovation. The first of its kind in the name of providing quality service to its loyal clients, no wonder they remain to be on top among other airlines operating in Europe in terms of the most number of clients carried.

As part of Lufthansa’s continuing effort to serve its clients, they are going to launch another top-of-the-line aircraft, the A380 that will be fully operational this 2010. The new A380 can accommodate 550 passengers all in all on separate decks; the First Class cabin, the Business Class cabin situated at the upper deck, and an Economy Class placed at the main deck. Two terminals at the Frankfurt Airport, the Terminals 1 and 2, are already open with handling areas exclusively for Lufthansa passengers alone. Along with the new aircraft, Lufthansa made their client’s airline travel even more comfortable by having two separate waiting areas that lead directly to the passenger’s designated level depending on his flight class.
With all these exciting new amenities and air service innovations, Lufthansa is facing a fun and exciting challenge and that is to name the new A380 aircraft. Having a name for an aircraft is important for identification and promotional purposes that is why most airlines, including Lufthansa, makes it a point to name their aircraft.
