New York City, New York, USA - With bad economic news pounding our brains day after day, it's important to note the hopeful signs that exist.
That includes the coordinated cut in interest rates by the Federal Reserve, the European Central Bank, and central banks in England, Canada, Switzerland and Sweden, with China following suit.
