Gov. Schwarzenegger signs Order setting greenhouse gas emission reduction targets for California

Sacramento, CA - Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has signed Executive Order S-3-05 which establishes greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction targets for California, and directs the California Environmental Protection Agency Secretary Allan Lloyd to coordinate the oversight of efforts to achieve them.

"California will continue to be a leader in the fight against global warming and protecting our environment."
