Group helps build ‘clean’ room for Colony boy battling leukemia

The whoosh-pop of a power nailer competed with the droning whine of a circular saw, and it was all music to the ears of Kevin Heitman.
The room will be a refuge for Kevin .., It also will be a model for Tony's Room Foundation, a nonprofit, as it seeks to enlist construction-related firms across the country to donate their time and skills toward building such rooms for other kids with leukemia.
