Heroin Addict Medicine May Help Women Stop Smoking

Chicago, Illinois, USA - A drug used to treat alcoholics and heroin addicts may actually also help women looking to kick their smoking habit.

The drug, called "Naltrexone," was shown to significantly help women stop smoking when used with behavioral therapy and nicotine patches, according to a study by the University of Chicago.
