IBM predicts move towards smart cities
"I think we'll see extraordinary transformations in major cities throughout the world during the next three to five years," adding that many cities' infrastructures are at a "breaking point".

The way people in cities live, work and play could change dramatically in the next five to ten years, IBM has predicted.
According to the firm, "unprecedented" levels of urbanisation are expected over the coming years, with an estimated 60 million people moving to urban areas annually.
