India cracks down on polluters in choked capital

New Delhi, India - Authorities in the Indian capital are launching a new crackdown on polluting traffic in a further bid to clean up one of the dirtiest cities in the world.

"Starting February 1, we are launching an intensive drive against vehicles emitting visible pollution," Rajeev Talwar said.
