Iran gas pipeline deal to be finalised in three months

New Delhi - With India finally shedding its reservations over the Iran-Pakistan-India gas pipeline project, the technical and commercial aspects of the multi-billion dollar deal are expected to be finalised in three months, according to an authoritative source.

Iran will now deliver the gas at India's border under the project, the source told IANS. Iran will sort out with Pakistan the security and transit details of the project, estimated to cost 4.5 billion dollars, the source said.
