Judge orders back pay for whistleblowers

Rochester, NY - Two employees who were fired for reporting health and safety issues at the Rochester sheet metal factory where they worked will get back pay.

A federal judge ordered Cannon Industries to pay the two employees and clear their records of wrongdoing. The company is also barred from discriminating against workers who complain about safety and health issues.
