Kidnapped girl returned to birth mother

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - For the first time since she was 10 days old, Delimar Vera was home with her mother Monday night.

The giggling 6-year-old, ushered by her mother, Luzaida Cuevas, arrived at her new home Oxford Circle section of Northeast Philadelphia shortly after 6 p.m. Delimar, who spent her life believing the New Jersey woman now accused of kidnapping her was her mother, smiled and waved at reporters from her front window.
