LA and Bill Clinton’s Foundation Installing Largest City LED Program
Los Angeles, California, USA - While Hillary Clinton is undertaking her first mission as Secretary of State to Asia to discuss international climate change measures, her husband and his foundation have announced a project to work with the city of Los Angeles to install 140,000 LEDs over the next five years.
The plan is said to be the largest LED retrofit program undertaken by a city to date and is supposed to save enough electricity to reduce carbon emissions by 40,500 tons per year.
