Man donates kidney to his rescuer

Bosanski Brod, Bosnia - A man plucked from a raging torrent 20 years ago by a stranger has repaid the favour by donating a kidney to his rescuer.

He was saved when passerby Ahmet Adulovic jumped in and pulled his lifeless body to safety.
