New telescope will hunt dangerous asteroids

Big Island, Hawaii - A new telescope designed to spot potentially dangerous asteroids has taken its first test images.

It is the first of a new generation of telescopes designed to find small asteroids and comets whose orbits bring them close to that of the Earth.
