Painting believed to be previously unknown work by Rubens sold in Sweden

Stockholm, Sweden - A painting believed to be a previously unknown work by Flemish master Peter Paul Rubens sold for 16.6 million kronor (1.84 million; US$2.45 million) at a Swedish auction Tuesday, an auction house said.

... experts at the auction said the painting was made by Rubens himself, causing bids from around the world to flood in by phone, she said.
