Pedicabs get legalized in Boston

Boston Pedicab's fleet of 17 bicycle rickshaws was licensed by the Hackney Division of the Boston Police Department Thursday, following Kansas City which permitted pedicabs earlier this month.

Debuting three years ago, the company's Chief Executive Officer Ben Morris lobbied the city to create a licensing system so riders would know they were getting in insured pedicabs.
