Toughen overfishing sanctions, Martin says |
St. John's, NFLD - Prime Minister Paul Martin is calling for tougher enforcement to protect fish stocks.
Martin is proposing that governments take greater responsibility for their fishing fleets, as well as strengthen the organizations that manage the fishery.
