Volunteers to begin Pascagoula project Monday

Pascagoula, Mississippi, USA - Volunteers will cut the ribbon Monday on an attempt to build or renovate 100 Pascagoula homes in 100 days.

Agard said organizers are focusing on homeowners who are partially or fully living in FEMA trailers parked on their lots.
