Zuma announces new Aids policies

South Africa's president has announced that testing for Aids will be expanded and all HIV-positive babies will receive treatment.

President Jacob Zuma's speech on World Aids Day was eagerly awaited as the definitive turning point for a country that has more people infected with the Aids virus than any other.
