Frederick May be Target For Clean Energy Center

Frederick could be home to a state economic development corporation aimed at bringing renewable energy industries to Maryland.

Hecht said the center would allow the state to create an incubator for start-up renewable energy companies as well as issue bonds to attract existing companies.
