Superior to undergo major tree planting for urban forest

Superior is looking at sprucing up the city's north end, and might do it with spruce trees.

Morgan says they haven't decided on what kind of trees, but she hopes to see 30,000 dollars in Community Block Grant money set aside to plant 300 trees in the North End
