Viral Cure for Diabetes Discovered

Researchers in California have found a virus that could possibly provide an inoculation against type 1 diabetes.

Doctors from the La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology found that when pre-diabetic mice were exposed to lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus, the virus completely abolished the diabetic process.
