Wildscaper Australian Environmental Software For Kids

source: Wildscaper | Nov 15, 08

Wildcaper version 2.0 was released today. The software program allows kids to publish and distribute their own software for other kids to use.

The software allows students as young as 5 years old to publish their own desktop progam and is a real alternative to Xbox and Nintendo software which neither can do the same thing. Users can paint any number of scenes and fly through them as an Australian native bird and write a story to go with a game sequence that they can design. MP3 audio is steamed into the applications from external MP3 files allowing users to use their own audio in any of their scenes.

WildScaper allows young children to publish their own multimedia software programs for both Windows and MacOSX platforms quickly and easily. WildScaper content is focused on the australian environment and uses extensive photographic, animated symbol, MP3 and text libraries that allow students to publish australian scenes and stories as multimedia software programs that they can freely distribute or sell. - Martin Adams Senior Software Developer
